1. (a) “Contest Period” starts at October 28, 2011. Winners will be announced December 13, 2011.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

 (b) A random draw, by a Bridetastic Canada representative, from the top 20 completed entries received as of the Contest Closing Date will be made. The top 20 quality reviews will be decided upon by the bridetastic team.

The selected entrant will be contacted via telephone number or email as indicated in their Bridetastic account and he/she will receive a Spa Lunch Package for 4 from Sweetgrass Spa worth more than $250. Sweetgrass Spa is an all female spa. Bridetastic Canada assumes that entrants of the contest are female. The prize may only be used by females. The Lunch Package is available Mondays to Fridays.

Prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules.

(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) business days, or declines the prize, another entrant will be chosen to replace that entrant.

(d) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, or fails to return the release and acknowledgment as indicated below, no other name will be drawn.

3. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and may be transferred as a gift but not exchanged. Bridetastic Canada reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.

4. (a) In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer an unaided and time-limited mathematical skill-testing question posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time.

(b) Bridetastic Canada judges’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.

5. It is the responsibility of the winner to book/schedule their appointment with Sweetgrass Spa.

6. Selected entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.

7. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Bridetastic Canada and its partners in the contest, without further compensation.  All entries become the property of Bridetastic Canada.

8. This Contest is open to individuals 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

9. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Bridetastic Canada is unaware of how many entrants there may be. The winners may only come from the province of Ontario. Do not enter this contest if you are not a legal resident of Ontario. Participants must be of the age of majority in Ontario or older at time of entry. Void in whole or part where prohibited by law. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these contest rules.

10. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Bridetastic Canada.

11. All entries become property of Bridetastic Canada who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Internet or Bridetastic Canada network during the Contest Period. Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry.  For the purpose of these Contest Rules, “authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry.

12. Bridetastic Canada is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Bridetastic Canada with explicit permission to do so at the time of entry.

13. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Bridetastic Canada. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.

14. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

15. By entering the Contest, entrant releases and holds Releases harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant, Releases or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, any breach of these Contest Rules, or in any prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releases from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

16. By entering this Contest, entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules, which will be posted at the Contest Website. Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (a) violating the Contest Rules; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, the Contest Website (c) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of any canada.com property or service; and/or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage the contest website or any related website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Bridetastic reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to criminal prosecution.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by Bridetastic Canada and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 

18. Bridetastic Canada reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, amend, modify or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.

19. These are official Contest Rules. This Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsors.
